Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to build a career in HR. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
- Support payroll and attendance tracking processes
- Participate in learning and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
