Product Owner - HubSpot

We are seeking a Product Owner for HubSpot who will take full ownership of HubSpot across our company. This role is not about basic admin tasks or development — it’s about managing HubSpot as a business-critical platform to drive marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
You will define priorities, align stakeholders, continuously optimize the system, and ensure HubSpot is delivering measurable impact. You will act as the bridge between strategic business needs and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the internal owner and champion for all HubSpot-related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a HubSpot product roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Gather and prioritize business requirements from cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations).
- Manage user adoption, training, and change management across teams.
- Continuously audit and optimize workflows, automation, lead scoring, CRM data, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity, segmentation, compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Evaluate and implement new HubSpot features, tools, and integrations.
- Act as a liaison with external vendors or HubSpot support if needed.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data.
- Develop and maintain HubSpot best practices, documentation, and governance.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing HubSpot in a product owner, CRM manager, or marketing operations role.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Strong business acumen: ability to connect technical capabilities to business value.
- Experience gathering requirements and creating actionable backlogs/roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills to work across marketing, sales, CS, and leadership teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, CMS) are a plus.
