We are seeking a talented and proactive Reviews Editor to refine and enhance user-generated reviews sourced by our Reviews Analysts. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal English skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to take initiative in maintaining high editorial standards. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable taking on writing-related tasks, including drafting proposals, guides, and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and refine reviews sourced by Reviews Analysts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and proper grammar.

• Work primarily in Excel, reviewing and improving the text while maintaining formatting and data integrity.

• Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and style across all reviews.

• Ensure that reviews are engaging, informative, and human-like while preserving their original intent.

• Remove any AI-generated tone or unnatural phrasing, making reviews sound organic and authentic.

• Conduct continuous feedback sessions with Reviews Analysts to guide them on improving review quality and writing style.

• Maintain reports and track the progress of Reviews Analysts by grading their work, providing structured evaluations to help them improve.

• Take initiative in improving the editorial workflow, offering suggestions to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Assist in writing proposals, guides, and SOPs as needed.

• Enhance AI-prompts in use for better output.

• Collaborate with the Reviews Analysts to address inconsistencies or missing information.

• Uphold high editorial standards and ensure adherence to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.

• 1-2 years of experience in content writing, editing, or a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading abilities.

• Proactive mindset—willing to take the lead and suggest improvements.

• Experience with Excel and ability to edit text within spreadsheets.

• Ability to identify and remove AI-generated phrasing, ensuring a natural, human tone.

• Strong communication skills to provide constructive feedback and mentor Reviews Analysts.

• Ability to maintain reports, track progress, and grade Reviews Analysts' performance to ensure continuous improvement.

• Prior experience in content editing, reviews editing, or related fields is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
