Position: SaaS Sales Development Specialist (Entry-Level)
Location: Gulberg, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: Monday to Friday | Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM)

Overview
Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in tech sales? We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our growing team as SaaS Sales Development Specialists. In this role, you’ll work with businesses across the US, helping them discover the right software solutions through our in-house platform. You'll engage with potential clients via phone, email, and SMS — no prior experience in sales is required; we’ll train you to succeed.
What Your Day Looks Like
Each day, you’ll connect with companies looking for the right software tools. Your job is to guide them, explain available solutions, and coordinate product demos or meetings. You'll work closely with our experienced sales and marketing teams, learning to identify client needs and communicate the value of the solutions we offer.
Your Responsibilities
Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by the company
Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and messages to understand client needs
Schedule and coordinate appointments or demos with our internal teams
Maintain accurate lead details and interactions in our CRM
Collaborate with teammates to refine sales approaches and meet team targets
Take part in training sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (US accent is a plus)
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced B2B environment
Confidence in speaking with professionals and building rapport over calls
Tech-savvy mindset and comfort with tools like email, CRM, and spreadsheets
Willingness to work in night shift (aligned with US business hours)
