Manager – Digital Branding & PR

About the Role:
We are looking for a Manager – Digital Branding to build and scale our B2B marketplace’s digital brand presence in the US. This role is focused on creating a strong digital identity, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement across online channels. The ideal candidate has prior experience in establishing and growing brands digitally in the US, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute a digital-first brand strategy tailored for the US market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define and refine brand identity, positioning, and messaging across digital platforms.
- Establish and enforce digital brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all online channels.
Content & Digital Storytelling
- Lead brand storytelling across websites, blogs, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Oversee content creation, design, and multimedia assets to build a strong and engaging brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, designers, content creators) to develop compelling digital assets.
Social Media & Online Presence
- Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy, ensuring growth and engagement.
- Build thought leadership by positioning executives on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Medium.
- Monitor online conversations and manage brand reputation across digital channels.
Digital PR & Influencer Collaborations
- Drive digital PR initiatives, securing media coverage and thought leadership placements in US publications.
- Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach.
- Manage online partnerships to enhance brand authority in the B2B marketplace ecosystem.
Analytics & Brand Performance Measurement
- Define and track key brand performance metrics (brand recall, sentiment, digital engagement, web traffic, etc.) for the US market.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Brand watch, Sprout Social, etc.) to measure branding effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on digital branding trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in digital branding, marketing, or communications, with a track record of building and scaling digital brands in the US market.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or technology-driven businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in content marketing, social media (LinkedIn and YouTube specifically), PR, and brand storytelling.
- Deep understanding of SEO, website optimization, digital PR, and analytics.
- Experience in managing creative teams, and content production.
- Ability to analyze brand performance and optimize digital strategies based on data.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in scaling a growth-stage B2B SaaS or marketplace brand in the US through digital-first strategies.
- Knowledge of branding frameworks and best practices for tech startups.
- Experience working with founders and leadership teams to shape digital brand narratives.
