Demand Generation Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive for our Demand Generation team with a focus on SMS/WhatsApp Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing SMS/WA campaigns, tracking lead conversions, and evaluating campaign performance. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead & Conversion Tracking:
- Manage lead tracking across all tools and platforms, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
- Track and analyze SMS campaign conversions, providing performance evaluations and actionable insights.
2. Campaign Scheduling, Operations & Monitoring:
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet set objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability and engagement, and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
3. Data Maintenance & Division:
- Maintain accurate campaign data sheets, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly organized for all ongoing campaigns.
- Track and manage lead activity dates, ensuring proper segmentation for future campaigns.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate daily with nurturing/sales teams to ensure smooth follow-up on leads and continuous optimization of campaigns.
5. Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct regular engagement analyses and identify gaps in sales performance.
- Cross-check conversions, lead counts, and activity dates for accuracy and completeness, providing detailed reports on campaign performance and insights.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM & Project Management tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills and the ability to track analyze and optimize performance data.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing data and workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and exceptional communication skills for reporting and coordination.
