Email Marketing Executive
Experienced email marketing specialist with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions through targeted campaigns, automation, and data-driven strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, content coordination, A/B testing and scheduling.
- Monitor and optimize deliverability, open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Create and manage automated workflows, drip campaigns and trigger-based emails.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Handover qualified leads generated via campaigns to the sales team for follow-up.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (Salesforce).
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in email campaign analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of deliverability factors, list hygiene and segmentation best practices.
- Creative approach with attention to detail and excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
