Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to serve as the dedicated point of contact for our premium users on the vendor portal. In this role, you will ensure a seamless transition from business development to ongoing account management, working closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience for our most valuable customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Premium User Onboarding: Take ownership of premium vendor accounts immediately after onboarding by the Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring a smooth transition and building strong client relationships from day one.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for premium vendors, addressing all their concerns, driving engagement, and maximizing satisfaction.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the development team to escalate, track, and resolve issues reported by premium users—providing feedback, updates, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate premium user needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance their experience and success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with BDMs and the dev team to communicate new features, gather user feedback, and relay business priorities.
- Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maintain high retention rates among premium users.
- Reporting: Maintain records of all client interactions, prepare periodic status reports, and highlight recurring issues or potential improvements to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or technical support, especially within SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
- Technical aptitude and ability to work collaboratively with software development teams.
- Solution-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
