About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven HR Trainee to join our Talent Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement while working alongside a collaborative and fast-paced HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant data in the ATS
- Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn posts, career events, outreach)
- Help with onboarding documentation and other recruitment-related tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to take initiative and learn in a fast-paced environment
