We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist with proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in the US market. The ideal candidate will excel in selling enterprise software solutions, leveraging CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, and utilizing databases such as Apollo, Seamless, and ZoomInfo for lead management. This role requires a creative approach to generating vendor leads, engaging new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale through effective account management and upselling opportunities. A strong digital proficiency in tools like Google Search and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential. The candidate will meet and exceed monthly targets by consistently generating a minimum of 8 new business opportunities, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Job Description:

Leverage your extensive B2B sales experience, with a focus on selling enterprise software solutions to businesses of various sizes.

Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot for effective lead management. Leverage contact databases like Apollo, Seamless, and ZoomInfo to identify and qualify potential clients.
•
Think outside the box to generate vendor leads and contribute to the expansion of our client base. Develop and implement creative strategies to engage and attract new clients.
•
Ensure customer satisfaction and success by effectively managing post-sales accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to contribute to overall revenue growth.
•
Apply strong sales acumen to understand customer needs and position our software solutions effectively. Contribute proactively to the revenue goals of the company.
•
Identify and prospect new vendors through market research and industry analysis. Build and nurture relationships with potential partners.
•
Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Search and Sales Navigator on LinkedIn for targeted prospecting and lead generation.
•
Meet and exceed monthly targets by generating a minimum of 8 new business opportunities. Showcase your ability to consistently drive results.
Requirements:
•
Proven experience in B2B Enterprise Sales in the US Market.
•
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and contact databases (Apollo, Seamless, ZoomInfo).
•
Strong digital proficiency, including Google search and Sales Navigator on LinkedIn.
•
Demonstrated success in generating and nurturing leads, contributing to revenue growth.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
