Overview:
The Call Verifier plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all SDR-submitted leads. This position ensures that lead data meets quality standards, complies with vendor requirements, and supports efficient submission processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to upholding performance excellence through consistent verification and reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Verification and Validation: Review all SDR-submitted leads to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with vendor criteria. Approve qualified leads and identify discrepancies, incomplete data, or errors requiring correction.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Maintain high-quality standards to minimize refund risks and prevent rejected submissions. Ensure adherence to internal and vendor compliance guidelines.
- Real-Time Verification: Conduct prompt verification of leads to support timely submission and vendor processing, enabling smooth coordination across teams.
- Efficiency and Accuracy Management: Achieve high productivity levels while maintaining precision in all verification activities. Balance speed with a commitment to data integrity.
- Workflow Monitoring and Optimization: Track verification turnaround times, analyze performance metrics, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Documentation and Collaboration: Record verification outcomes, maintain accurate reports, and collaborate with the Operations and SDR teams to resolve recurring issues and ensure continuous quality enhancement.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst,Call Verifier, or in a similar role involving accuracy and compliance checks.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
