QA Engineer
Join us as a QA Engineer and become the champion of product quality, ensuring our web applications are flawless, reliable, and deliver an exceptional user experience.
We’re looking for a QA Engineer with a sharp eye for detail, a robust analytical mindset, and a deep sense of ownership to ensure every product release meets the highest standards of quality and user experience. You’ll be the guardian of product quality, ensuring our web applications perform seamlessly, align with design expectations, and deliver an exceptional experience to users.
This role requires someone who not only tests but thinks critically, collaborates empathetically, and acts proactively to drive continuous improvement in product quality and processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Validate UI/UX implementations against design specifications to ensure pixel-perfect and functionally accurate execution.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies across multiple environments and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure that features are delivered with precision and meet the defined acceptance criteria.
- Continuously enhance test coverage and test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as part of release cycles.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews, providing input from a quality and user perspective.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and release checklists.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and accessibility compliance.
- Advocate for quality and empathy in every stage of development, ensuring the end-user experience remains central to decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in QA for web-based applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and automation tools (Cypress, Playwright).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.) and version control systems.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and browser dev tools.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and agile processes.
- A strong sense of ownership, persistence, and empathy — committed to aligning final outputs with design and user expectations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, humble, doer attitude.
- Experience in performance testing (e.g., Lighthouse, JMeter).
