Title: Marketing and Data Operations Associate
Timings: 6PM-3AM
Location: Daftarkhwan Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing and Data Operations Associate to support our marketing execution and CRM operations. This role focuses on managing Salesforce/CRM workflows, executing email and SMS campaigns, and ensuring accurate data hygiene with zero missed leads. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with email marketing and strong operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage Salesforce/CRM campaign setups with zero missed leads

  • Ensure timely lead routing, daily CRM checks, and smooth workflow automation

  • Create, schedule, and monitor Email and SMS marketing campaigns on a weekly basis

  • Ensure on-time, error-free delivery of all marketing communications

  • Maintain CRM hygiene by updating lead and contact statuses accurately

  • Log notes, follow-ups, and campaign interactions consistently

  • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues proactively

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution

  • Troubleshoot basic CRM, email, or automation issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, or Email Marketing

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, or similar)

  • Familiarity with SMS campaign tools and automation workflows

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines independently
