Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision making across departments. This role works closely with cross functional teams to ensure data accuracy, deliver meaningful reporting, and identify trends that drive operational and revenue improvements.

This is a hands on role suited for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong technical skills and can independently manage data analysis, reporting, and insight generation from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other reporting tools

• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable metrics

• Partner with cross functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver data driven recommendations

• Identify data quality issues and implement processes to improve data integrity

• Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows where possible

• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

• Monitor key performance indicators and highlight risks and growth opportunities

• Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, methodologies, and industry best practices

Requirements

• 2 to 4 plus years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization techniques

• Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleaning and validation

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to communicate insights effectively to non technical stakeholders
