About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Executive Finance to oversee core financial operations and strengthen our financial reporting and compliance framework. This role is responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.
As a Senior Executive Finance, you will play a central role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting leadership with insights that guide decision making. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and adherence to accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely account reconciliations
Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts to support business planning
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local tax regulations
Prepare and review tax returns and coordinate with tax advisors when required
Assist in annual budgeting processes and conduct variance analysis
Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate documentation and reports
Maintain proper documentation, accounting policies, and internal financial controls
Coordinate with cross functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate
Requirements
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations
Hands on experience with accounting software and ERP systems
Proven ability to manage full cycle accounting processes independently
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior management and cross functional teams
