Executive L&D
Seeking a results driven Executive L&D to design, deliver, and analyze impactful training programs while managing LMS and learning analytics
We are looking for a results driven Executive – Learning & Development to support and execute impactful learning initiatives. You will play a vital role in designing, delivering, and analyzing engaging learning experiences that enhance employee growth, performance, and organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content accuracy, user access management, reporting, and analytics tracking.
Design and deliver training programs across onboarding, functional skills, soft skills, leadership development, and digital capability enhancement.
Develop high-quality learning materials including e-learning modules, interactive presentations, training guides, and multimedia content.

Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to drive participation, knowledge retention, and behavioral change.
Conduct learning needs assessments in collaboration with stakeholders and recommend effective, data-driven training solutions.
Analyze training effectiveness using dashboards and reports through advanced Excel, tracking KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI.
Generate detailed learning analytics reports to support strategic decision-making.
Support vendor coordination, training logistics, and contribute to L&D communications, campaigns, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, with hands-on LMS administration experience.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in instructional design principles and content development tools.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, data analysis).
Experience with Power BI for reporting and learning analytics (Preferred).
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro for multimedia content creation (would be a plus).
Experience in data-driven reporting and evaluation of training effectiveness.
Ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment.
