About the Role
Software Finder is looking for a Financial Analyst to support and strengthen the company’s financial analytics. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong organizational discipline and can turn financial data into structured insights for leadership. You will work at the intersection of operations and finance, ensuring accuracy in financial records, improving reporting systems, and helping leadership make informed decisions through clear financial visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and internal financial reviews
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing processes
Monitor financial performance and highlight variances or risk areas
Reporting & Presentation
Prepare structured financial reports for internal stakeholders
Develop management presentations and executive decks
Translate financial data into clear visuals and actionable insights
Support leadership meetings with timely financial summaries
Process & Controls
Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures
Support audits and compliance-related documentation
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Contribute to strengthening financial systems as the company scales
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely on financial tracking
Provide financial clarity to support operational decision-making
Respond to internal finance-related queries with accuracy and speed
Qualification Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit
(Strong fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply)Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capability
Ability to prepare executive-ready presentations and decks
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Structured thinking and problem-solving ability
Effective written and verbal communication skills
High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
