About the Role

Software Finder is looking for a Financial Analyst to support and strengthen the company’s financial analytics and reporting functions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical ability with organizational discipline and attention to detail.

You will work at the intersection of finance and operations, helping maintain financial accuracy, improving reporting systems, and transforming financial data into clear insights that support leadership in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and internal financial reviews

• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and quarter-end closing processes

• Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight variances or risk areas

• Support the finance team in maintaining financial documentation and records

Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights

• Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts

• Evaluate performance across key financial metrics and KPIs

• Perform profitability analysis for business segments, products, or initiatives

• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategic decisions

• Provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic initiatives

• Assist leadership in understanding the financial impact of business decisions

Reporting & Presentation

• Prepare structured financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders

• Develop management presentations and executive-level decks

• Translate financial data into clear visuals and actionable insights

• Support leadership meetings with timely financial summaries and analysis

Process & Controls

• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, procedures, and controls

• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

• Contribute to strengthening financial systems and reporting frameworks as the company scales

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to support financial tracking and reporting

• Provide financial clarity to support operational decision-making

• Respond to internal finance-related queries with accuracy and timeliness

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial performance metrics

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis
  (Strong fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply)

• Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis

• Ability to prepare executive-ready presentations and reports

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• High level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial data
