Timing: 9am-6pm

We are looking for Full Stack Engineers with 5+ years of experience developing cutting-edge web apps from the ground up. You will be responsible for implementing the architecture and core features of our web app as well as maintaining the codebase. Building AI-powered automation, real-time data pipelines and customer facing products. You'll own features end-to-end: design APIs, build frontends, integrate LLMs, optimize databases, deploy to serverless and managed servers.

Key Responsibilities

Backend

• Node.js/TypeScript: NestJS, production APIs, RESTful design, JWT/OAuth, rate limiting, Swagger/OpenAPI

• Async & Queues: Bull/BullMQ, SQS, background jobs, retry logic

• ORMs: Prisma or TypeORM, migrations, relations, transactions

• Python (secondary): FastAPI/Flask for microservices, async/await (comfortable reading/writing, not expert-level)

Frontend

• React/Next.js: TypeScript, hooks/lifecycle, performance optimization

• State Management: Redux/NgRx/Zustand

• Modern Stack: Tailwind/Material/Bootstrap, REST/GraphQL/WebSockets, Jest/Cypress

Database & Caching

• PostgreSQL: Complex queries (joins/CTEs/window functions), EXPLAIN ANALYZE, indexing, schema design, transactions

• Redis: Caching patterns, session management, rate limiting, pub/sub

AI/ML Integration (Production Required)

• LLM APIs: OpenAI/Anthropic/OpenRouter - prompt engineering, token management, structured outputs, error handling (rate limits/timeouts/retries)

• Vector Databases: Qdrant - semantic search in production, embeddings, similarity search

• NLP: spaCy/NLTK/SentenceTransformers for text processing

• TTS: Elevenlabs or open-source text to speech models

AWS (Production Deployment Experience)

• Core Services: EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch - deployed and maintained production apps

• Infrastructure: VPCs, security groups, IAM, cost optimization, debugging with CloudWatch

DevOps

• Docker: Multi-stage builds, Docker Compose, image optimization

• CI/CD: GitHub Actions/GitLab - automated testing, deployment

Experience

• 2-3 production applications serving real external users (not just internal CRUD apps)

• Third-party API integrations at scale (rate limits, retries, circuit breakers, monitoring)

• LLM features in production (actual API integration with error handling, not demos)

• Features deployed to serverless/AWS and maintained in production

• Tests and documentation as part of your workflow (not an afterthought)
