About the Role

Software Finder is a hyper-growth enterprise, and our Data Strategy & Analytics (DSA) engine is scaling rapidly. We are looking for a Senior Data Operations Specialist to act as the operational floor lead for our DSA Team. Your mission spans the full data lifecycle, from procurement and processing through to distribution and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• ICP Research & Market Analysis: Actively research target customer profiles, identify total addressable market, and surface the best sources for data procurement and extraction.

• Data Lifecycle Management: Implement and continuously improve processes across procurement, processing, distribution, and analytics.

• Lead & Conversion Analytics: Analyze lead and conversion data to identify trends and inform team priorities.

• Data Profiling & Quality Assurance: Profile and audit provisioned data to catch discrepancies and act as the final gatekeeper for data hygiene.

• Workflow & Throughput Management: Coordinate daily workload for a team of data executives and ensure delivery targets are met.

• Advanced Data Manipulation: Use spreadsheet functions or Python (pandas, regex, etc.) to clean, de-dupe, and normalize datasets of 10,000+ records. Python proficiency strongly preferred.

• Root Cause Resolution: Monitor bounce rates and data-decay metrics and patch underperforming workflows.

• Process Documentation & Coaching: Write SOPs and train junior data executives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in a high-volume data environment; marketing research, data wrangling & analytics experience required.

• Data Architecture & Manipulation: Builds systems, not just formulas, Excel/Google Sheets or Python.

• Operational Discipline: Thrives under tight SLAs and can manage team throughput.

• Analytical Mindset: Moves between operational execution and strategic analysis.

• Technical Empathy: A firm, constructive coach for junior executives.

• Attention to Detail: Bothered by a missing comma or an all-caps name in a database.
