About the Role
Software Finder is hiring a Client Success Associate to support the management of client relationships across active campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with a senior team member to learn the fundamentals of client success, campaign oversight, and issue resolution before gradually taking ownership of your own accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a strong foundation in client facing work.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting day to day communication with clients across live campaigns, ensuring they feel informed and well taken care of.
Learning how different campaign and billing models work and helping set clear expectations with clients around what they can expect from delivery.
Tracking campaign performance, including whether leads are being accepted, budgets are on track, and clients are getting value from their spend.
Flagging early signs of client dissatisfaction, underperformance, or potential issues before they escalate.
Responding to client questions and concerns with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
Coordinating across internal teams to resolve delivery issues and keep campaigns running smoothly.
Assisting in conversations around budget adjustments and short-term campaign extensions.
Keeping detailed, accurate records of all client interactions, decisions, and next steps.
Following internal processes and standard operating procedures consistently.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in client success, account management, or any coordination/support role will have an edge.
Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll be client facing from early on, so this matters.
A quick learner who is comfortable picking up new concepts around campaign delivery, lead quality, and performance tracking.
Analytical thinking and a genuine comfort with working with data, even at a basic level.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients without letting things slip.
Familiarity with CRMs, reporting dashboards, or documentation tools is a plus but not a requirement. Willingness to learn them is.
A sense of ownership, follow through, and attention to detail.
