Job Overview
Software Finder is seeking a detail-oriented and organized People Excellence Intern to support the People & Culture team in maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, employee documentation, and records management while providing exposure to HR best practices and compliance.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of sensitive employee information.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, review, and maintain employee personnel files in accordance with company standards.
Process approximately 15–20 employee files per day while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Update and maintain employee record trackers and HR documentation in a timely manner.
Verify employee documents and identify missing or incomplete records.
Handle confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Support the People Excellence team with HR documentation, filing, and administrative activities.
Maintain well-organized digital and physical employee records.
Follow established HR policies, processes, and document management procedures.
Report discrepancies or inconsistencies in employee records to the relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to improving HR documentation and record management processes.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, OneDrive, and Google Drive.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily productivity targets.
Eagerness to learn HR operations and documentation processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of HR operations and employee records management.
Experience maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and digital documentation.
Familiarity with HR documentation and filing practices.
Strong time management and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the HR team.
