Prioritize the product backlog across competing departmental requirements.
Coordinate release planning and delivery timelines with AI Engineering.
Own the AI evaluation and quality-assurance process by defining test cases, reviewing agent outputs, and approving releases.

Present portfolio performance to leadership, covering usage, quality, cost, adoption, and business impact.
Monitor developments in AI models, tools, frameworks, and competitive capabilities to inform product strategy.
Ensure AI products are designed and deployed responsibly, with appropriate privacy, security, and governance considerations.
Perform additional AI product management and technology-related tasks as assigned.
