About the Role
Software Finder is seeking an experienced Senior HubSpot Marketing Specialist to own our day-to-day lead generation operations and drive high-intent buyers through the funnel. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing HubSpot campaigns and automated workflows, executing daily lead generation tactics, and maintaining the CRM data hygiene that keeps the whole funnel trustworthy.

The ideal candidate has proven, hands-on HubSpot expertise, a strong grasp of inbound marketing and lead scoring, and is comfortable owning daily operations with a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, monitor, and optimize HubSpot marketing campaigns and automated workflows to nurture buyer intent across the funnel.

• Track high-intent buyer behavior and convert it into qualified, sales-ready leads.

• Execute daily lead generation tactics, ensuring a consistent, well-managed flow of leads into the pipeline.

• Maintain CRM data hygiene, including contact records, segmentation, and lifecycle accuracy, so downstream reporting and handoff stay reliable.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead handoff criteria and shared campaign goals.

• Monitor campaign and lead-gen performance, flagging and fixing data quality or workflow issues as they come up.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub setup, automation, and lead management.

• Strong background in inbound marketing, lead scoring, and lead generation strategies.

• Excellent attention to detail for managing daily marketing operations.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing to keep lead handoff and campaign goals aligned.

• HubSpot certification(s) preferred (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software or Inbound certification).
